To celebrate World Menopause day this October, we see the return of pelvic health physiotherapist and life coach Emily Elgar The Womankind Physio , from Katie Bell Health for an evening of indulgence and celebration of your menopause journey. Following on from our series of pelvic health events this year, we are creating space for you to relax and invest in your menopause wellbeing.

If you, like many women, are struggling to find the time to do all the important things that you know are going to support your body and mind through your menopause journey then this mini retreat is for you.
In this 90 min workshop Emily will guide you through a mindfulness practice and relaxation to help you feel connected with your body and it’s needs through the menopause. This is married with a Pilates workout to leave you feeling invigorated and uplifted. The session is rounded off with delicious cocktails and snacks from the Marmadukes kitchen.
Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion or head block plus a friend who needs this time out as much as you do!
