RYE CRUMB, MILK & SEA SALT 60%

As a bakery turned chocolate producer, it's only natural that the two should come together. This creamy Ecuador 60% has been mixed with the crumb of their 100% rye loaf to give it a nutty, slightly acidic quality.

SOURDOUGH & SEA SALT 66%

The bakery's first venture into a bread & chocolate combo. The sourdough crumb in this Ecuador 66% gives it a wonderful texture, with a touch of sea salt to balance the flavours.

MADAGASCAR - MILK 58%

Truly a luxury, this milk chocolate has mellow caramel sweetness, while keeping the bright character of the Madagascan beans. Perfect for those who prefer a sweeter chocolate with less dark chocolate bitterness.

MADAGASCAR - CRIOLLO 74%

Made from rare Criollo beans grown on Akesson's Organic Estate, this chocolate is light in colour, with bold flavours of raspberry & a creamy mouthfeel.
