We bake to reflect the seasons and our bakery menu changes with our main menu.

Our ethos is to create wholesome, flavourful bakes using quality ingredients. Fruits and vegetables are sourced from farms within 30 miles of Sheffield. We use Burford Brown free range eggs and our butter, milk & cream comes direct to us from local farm Our Cow Molly. We bake with Callebaut chocolate, and use only pure cane sugars and organic vanilla.

Layered cakes are decorated in our simple, rustic, semi-naked style. We create subtle, natural colour by using our own or England Preserves jam and adding this to English buttercream.
